Please read the relevant service description and these Terms carefully before completing checkout. You are responsible for deciding whether a product or service is suitable for you. Except where these Terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to agnieszkatasiulis.com (Website) and your purchase, booking or use of products, sessions, programmes, digital content and other services offered by TASIULIS Coaching. By using the Website, placing an order, making a booking, joining a waiting list or using an offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase an offering. Paid products and services are intended for people aged 18 or over unless expressly stated otherwise.

In these Terms, Agnieszka, we, us and our mean Agnieszka Tasiulis-Dronkers trading as TASIULIS Coaching. You and your mean the person using the Website or purchasing an offering.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Offerings may include:

● a free Human Design chart;

● the paid Alignment Blueprint;

● Human Design readings, including HD Fundamentals, HD Deep Dive and the HD Transformation Package;

● coaching and mentoring;

● the Alignment Method;

● Reiki sessions and related complementary wellbeing practices;

● digital resources, recordings, guides and educational materials;

● the printed book Life Designer by Human Design;

● workshops, programmes and waiting lists; and

● other products or services described on the Website.

The description, price, duration and delivery method shown on the relevant sales page, booking page, checkout, invoice or written agreement form part of your contract with us. If specific written terms for an offering conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that offering. We may amend or withdraw offerings and change prices for future purchases. This will not affect an order already accepted.

4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION

You must provide complete and accurate information when ordering. Please check the description, language, price, delivery method, appointment time and all information you enter before paying. Submitting an order or payment does not by itself mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send an order or booking confirmation or begin fulfilling the order, whichever occurs first. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, lack of availability, inability to provide the offering, inappropriate conduct or a legal requirement. If we cancel an accepted paid order for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or service.

5. PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown on the relevant page or confirmed in writing. The checkout will indicate whether VAT and delivery charges are included or added. TASIULIS Coaching is registered in the Netherlands and may be legally required to charge VAT depending on the nature of the supply, the customer's location and, for a business customer, whether a valid VAT number is supplied. Tax treatment is determined using the billing and transaction information provided at checkout and applicable VAT rules. Payment must be made using the available payment method and in accordance with any payment schedule stated at checkout. Third-party payment processors may apply their own
terms and privacy notices.

6. FREE HUMAN DESIGN CHART

6.1 Nature ofthe offering

The free Human Design chart is a complimentary personal bodygraph generated from the birth information you submit. It is delivered digitally and automatically and is available to download as a PDF. No payment is taken.
6.2 Your responsibility

You must provide an accurate name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. Inaccurate information may produce an inaccurate chart. We are not responsible for errors caused by information you entered incorrectly.
6.3 Technical problems

If the chart fails to generate or deliver because of a technical error on our side, contact us within seven (7) days of submission. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, reissue the chart. This is the available remedy for a correctable delivery or generation failure.
A dislike of your Human Design type, a result that differs from your expectations or an error caused by birth information you supplied is not a defect in the chart.

7. ALIGNMENT BLUEPRINT

7.1 Nature ofthe report

The Alignment Blueprint is a paid, personalised Human Design report. It contains a written interpretation prepared using the birth details provided by the customer. The report is intended for personal information, reflection and self-development. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

7.2 Accuracy of customer information

The customer must provide complete and accurate birth details when placing the order, including the correct date, time and place of birth.
Agnieszka Tasiulis-Dronkers and TASIULIS Coaching are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in a report resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer. If corrected information is provided after the report has been generated or delivered, the preparation of a replacement report may require an additional payment or a new order.

7.3 Digital delivery

Following successful payment, the Alignment Blueprint is delivered digitally through two delivery channels:
● an instant download button displayed after checkout; and
● a download link sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The email download link remains valid for seven (7) days from the date it is sent. The customer is responsible for downloading and securely saving the report within this period. TASIULIS Coaching is not responsible where the instant download button is prevented from
appearing or functioning because of the customer’s browser settings, security software, pop-up blocker, device configuration or internet connection. The email delivery is provided as an additional way to access the report where the instant download is unavailable.

7.4 Customer’s email and download responsibilities

The customer must provide a valid and correctly entered email address and must ensure that the email account can receive messages from TASIULIS Coaching (Agnieszka Tasiulis). The customer is responsible for checking all relevant email folders, including the inbox, spam,
junk, promotions and any filtered or quarantined folders. TASIULIS Coaching is not responsible for delayed, blocked or filtered messages caused by:
● an incorrectly entered email address;
● the customer’s email provider or security settings;
● spam or promotional-email filters;
● a full mailbox;
● corporate or organisational email restrictions; or
● any other system or setting outside the reasonable control of TASIULIS Coaching.
Failure to check the relevant email folders, forgetting to download the report or attempting to use the link after its seven-day validity period does not constitute a failure of delivery and does not create a right to a refund.

7.5 Immediate supply and right of withdrawal

The Alignment Blueprint is digital content supplied immediately after successful payment.
By purchasing the Alignment blueprint, the customer:
● agrees that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after providing and confirming payment method
● acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery or supply of the digital content begins; and
● agrees that the purchase becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable after supply begins.

7.6 Refund policy

Because the report is supplied immediately as personalised digital content, refunds will not be issued after supply has begun (immediately after purchase) The following circumstances do not create a right to cancel the purchase or receive a refund:
● changing your mind;
● disliking the report or its contents;
● not identifying or resonating with the interpretation;
● disagreeing with the Human Design interpretation;
● the report not confirming what you expected or hoped to receive;
● dissatisfaction with your Human Design type, profile or other chart information;
● failure to download the report within the stated period;
● failure to check spam, junk, promotions or other filtered email folders;
● download difficulties caused by the customer’s browser, device, software, security settings or internet connection; or
● inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Subjective dissatisfaction does not, by itself, mean that the report is faulty, defective or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s mandatory legal rights where the digital content is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7.7 Delivery problems and redelivery

If the report cannot be accessed through either the instant download button or the emailed download link, the customer must contact hello@agnieszkatasiulis.com within seven (7) days of purchase.
The customer should provide:
● the name and email address used for the order;
● the order number or other proof, such as receipt, of purchase;
● a description of the problem; and
● reasonable evidence of the delivery failure.
TASIULIS Coaching may request screenshots of error messages, inactive buttons, expired or non-functioning links, or other relevant technical information needed to investigate the problem.
Where a failure affecting both delivery channels is confirmed, TASIULIS Coaching may resolve the issue by:
● sending a new download email;
● issuing a replacement download link; or
● sending the report as a PDF attachment by email.
A correctable delivery problem does not entitle the customer to a refund where the report can be successfully redelivered. This redelivery policy does not restrict any mandatory remedy available under applicable consumer law. TASIULIS Coaching reserves the right to refuse redelivery if the requested information and supporting evidence are not provided, or if the request is submitted more than seven (7) days
after the purchase date.

7.8 Personal responsibility and no guarantee of results

Human Design is a personal-development and self-reflection system. The Alignment Blueprint does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical, physical, psychological or mental-health condition. It must not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an
appropriately qualified professional. The customer remains fully responsible for deciding whether and how to use or implement any information contained in the report. Where appropriate, the customer should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions concerning health, mental health, relationships, employment, finances, business or other significant matters.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Agnieszka Tasiulis-Dronkers and TASIULIS Coaching do not guarantee any particular result, improvement, transformation, financial outcome, personal success or other specific outcome from purchasing, reading or applying the
report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agnieszka Tasiulis-Dronkers and TASIULIS Coaching are not responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, losses or outcomes resulting from the customer’s interpretation or use of the report. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7.9 Updates, Upgrades and Discontinuation

TASIULIS Coaching reserves the right to update, upgrade, modify or discontinue the Alignment Blueprint at any time. This may include changes to its content, interpretation, structure, format, design, features, price or delivery method. A purchase grants the customer access only to the version supplied as part of that specific order. Previous customers are not automatically entitled to future updates, revised editions, upgrades, replacement versions or newly added content. Any modification or discontinuation will not affect mandatory consumer rights relating to a version already purchased.

8. HUMAN DESIGN READINGS

This section applies to HD Fundamentals, HD Deep Dive, the HD Transformation Package and other paid one-to-one Human Design readings or related coaching and mentoring delivered online, normally through Zoom.

8.1 Preparation and attendance

You must provide accurate birth details at least seven days before the session unless agreed otherwise. You must attend on time and have a suitable device, working internet connection and any camera or microphone required for the session. Late arrival does not extend the
scheduled end time.

8.2 Cancellation and rescheduling

Any further rescheduling may be refused or may require a new booking. A rescheduled appointment is subject to availability.

8.3 Cancellation by us

If we cancel, we will offer a reasonable alternative date. If no suitable date can be agreed, we will refund the amount paid for the affected session.

8.4 Commenced sessions

Once a session begins, it is considered supplied for refund purposes. No refund is provided because you change your mind, arrive late, leave early, choose not to participate fully or do not use the information provided, subject always to mandatory consumer law.

8.5 Nature ofthe service

Readings and coaching involve interpretation and personal-development work. They do not guarantee a particular outcome. A reading that does not confirm what you hoped, disagreement with an interpretation or a feeling that you were not ready for the session is not, by itself, a failure to provide the booked service.

8.6 Updates, Upgrades and Discontinuation

TASIULIS Coaching reserves the right to modify, expand, reduce, replace or discontinue its reading sessions and packages at any time.
Customers with a confirmed booking will receive the session and inclusions described at the time of booking, unless an alternative is expressly agreed by both parties. Previous customers are not automatically entitled to updated formats, additional features, revised materials or other changes introduced after their session was purchased or delivered. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

9. LIFE DESIGNER BY HUMAN DESIGN BOOK

9.1 Productinformation

Life Designer by Human Design is a physical printed book of 408 pages, published in March 2025 and written in Polish. You are responsible for confirming before purchase that the Polish-language edition is suitable for you.

9.2 Delivery

The book is posted to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Shipping charges are paid by the buyer and displayed or confirmed before purchase. You must provide a complete and accurate address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to you
where legally permitted. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. We are not responsible for delay caused solely by a postal or delivery provider or an event outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any mandatory rights you have if the book is not delivered within the period required by law. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person identified by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the book, except where the consumer independently commissioned a carrier not offered by us.

9.3 Change-of-mind withdrawal for online consumer purchases

If you are an EU or EEA consumer purchasing the book online, you will normally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the book. You do not need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, email a clear withdrawal request to hello@agnieszkatasiulis.com before the 14-day period ends. You must return the book without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Unless we agreed otherwise or the book is faulty, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We may withhold the refund until the book is returned or you provide official evidence (tracking number) that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. Delivery costs for any delivery method are not refundable. Customers must return the correct book securely packaged and take reasonable care to prevent damage in transit. TASIULIS Coaching reserves the right to document and investigate returned parcels. If a returned parcel is empty, contains an incorrect item, or the book has been damaged because of inadequate packaging or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, TASIULIS Coaching may refuse the refund or make a deduction for diminished value to the
extent permitted by law. If a refund has already been issued and the return is subsequently found to be incomplete,
incorrect or fraudulent, TASIULIS Coaching reserves the right to recover the amount incorrectly refunded and take appropriate legal action.

9.4 Damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered books

If the book arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within fourteen days, with clear photographs of the damage. The fourteen day request assists our investigation but does not replace or
shorten mandatory legal rights. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair where meaningful, a price reduction or refund. We may request return of the book at our expense. Where we voluntarily offer a replacement and stock is unavailable, we may provide a refund instead. Dislike of the content or failure to notice that the book is written in Polish does not make the book defective.

10. ALIGNMENT METHOD WAITING LIST

The Alignment Method is currently offered on a waiting-list basis only. Joining the waiting list:
● does not guarantee a place, price, format or start date;
● does not create a contract for the programme;
● does not oblige you to purchase; and
● does not require payment and is not subject to refund or any monetary payouts at the waiting-list stage.
Programme details, price, format, delivery terms and cancellation terms will be provided before any purchase. A place is secured only when the stated acceptance and payment requirements have been completed. By separately consenting to waiting-list communications, you agree to receive information about the Alignment Method. You may unsubscribe at any time. Service-related waiting-list communications are distinct from consent to receive unrelated marketing.

11. REIKI SESSIONS

11.1 Nature and delivery

A Reiki session is a one-to-one complementary energy session delivered remotely on the booked date and time.

11.2 Your responsibility

You are responsible for being available at the agreed time, following any reasonable joining instructions and choosing a quiet and private environment. You may wish to drink water before and after the session. If a call forms part of the session, you must have a suitable device
and internet connection.

11.3 Cancellation and rescheduling

● More than 48 hours' notice: you may request one free reschedule.
● Less than 48 hours' notice: the session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule is provided.
● No-show without notice: the session is forfeited and no refund or reschedule is provided.
If we cancel, we will offer a reasonable alternative date. If no suitable date can be agreed, we will refund the amount paid for that session. Once the session begins, it is considered supplied for refund purposes and is non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer law.

11.4 Important disclaimer

Reiki is a complementary practice. It is not medical or psychological treatment and does not diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any condition. It must not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Experiences vary, and no result is promised or guaranteed. Not feeling a particular sensation or having an experience that differs from your expectations does not, by itself, mean the session was not provided properly or fully, and is not reasonable ground for a refund request.

12. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Except where these Terms state otherwise or a remedy is required by law:
● personalised work already created is non-refundable;
● digital content supplied following the legally required request and acknowledgement (purchase) is non-refundable;
● started, completed or commenced sessions are not refundable because of a change of mind or unmet subjective expectations;
● late cancellations and no-shows are charged as stated in these Terms;
● failure to download, use or complete supplied content does not create a refund right; and
● disagreement with an interpretation or lack of a desired outcome does not create a refund right.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, undelivered or non-conforming goods, digital content or services.

13. HUMAN DESIGN INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

Human Design charts, reports and readings depend on the accuracy of the name, date, time and place of birth supplied by you. You should check this information before submitting it. We are not responsible for inaccurate calculations or interpretations resulting from information you entered incorrectly. Recalculation, redesign, regeneration or a replacement session requested after correction may be charged separately. Human Design is provided as a tool for self-awareness, reflection, education and personal development. Interpretations involve judgement and are not factual predictions, guaranteed outcomes or instructions you must follow.

14. COACHING, MENTORING AND READINGS

Coaching and mentoring are collaborative personal-development services and digital products/downloads. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or another regulated healthcare service unless expressly stated and delivered by a suitably
licensed professional. You remain responsible for your decisions, behaviour, wellbeing and implementation. You must decide whether an exercise or suggestion is appropriate and seek qualified professional help when needed. The Alignment Method may incorporate Human Design, Gene Keys, coaching, mindset work, neuroscience-informed concepts, energy work, Reiki and other personal-development
approaches. Participation does not guarantee any personal, relationship, emotional, health, career, financial or lifestyle outcome.

15. HEALTH AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

The Website and offerings do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. Wellbeing information, including information about essential oils, nutritional products, supplements or lifestyle practices, is general educational information only. Nothing we provide is intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure illness; prescribe treatment; recommend stopping medication; or replace professional care. Consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding symptoms, diagnoses, medication, pregnancy, allergies, interactions, safety concerns or circumstances requiring regulated advice. If you are experiencing an emergency or risk of harm, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service immediately. Our services are not crisis services.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

No particular result is promised or guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, choices, participation, effort, implementation and factors outside our control. Testimonials, examples and personal stories illustrate individual experiences only. Statements about transformation, alignment, clarity, confidence, relationships, wellbeing or personal development describe possible experiences and are not guarantees.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE

All original Website content, reports, interpretations, frameworks, the Alignment Method, session materials, recordings where applicable, written resources, graphics, videos, workbooks, exercises, branding and other materials remain the intellectual property of Agnieszka Tasiulis-Dronkers, TASIULIS Coaching or the relevant licensor. Purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the supplied materials for your own private, non-commercial purposes. Ownership is not transferred.
Without prior written permission, you must not:
● copy, reproduce or adapt substantial parts of the materials;
● share, publish, distribute, upload or provide them to another person;
● sell, sublicense or commercially exploit them;
● remove copyright or ownership notices;
● claim authorship;
● use them to provide services to others or create a competing product or service; or use them as training material or input for a commercial artificial-intelligence product or dataset. Nothing prevents use that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow the parties to prohibit.

18. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SESSION RECORDINGS

We treat information shared in private sessions professionally and confidentially. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority, needed to establish or protect legal rights, connected with suspected unlawful conduct, or reasonably necessary to address a serious and immediate safety concern. Sessions will not be recorded without advance notice and any consent required by law. Unless expressly agreed, you must not record, publish, stream or share a session or another participant's information.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

You must communicate and participate respectfully. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access or a service where reasonably necessary because of threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abusive communication, fraud, deliberate disruption, repeated boundary
violations, unlawful behaviour or misuse of our services. Where termination results from your serious breach or misconduct, any refund will be limited to what applicable law requires. We may take appropriate legal action to protect our rights, intellectual property, business, reputation or the rights and safety of others.

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Website may use or link to independent providers, including payment processors, booking systems, video-call platforms, email services, Human Design calculation providers, hosting providers, retailers, social networks and wellness-product suppliers. We do not control an independent third party and are not responsible for its content, availability, security, privacy practices, products or performance. Your use of its service may be governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

21. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS

Some links or recommendations, including those concerning doTERRA or other third-party products, may be affiliate or referral links. We may receive a commission, credit or other benefit if you purchase through such a link. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed where required. Third-party products are normally manufactured, sold and fulfilled by the relevant provider. Its purchase, delivery, warranty and return terms apply to a transaction made directly with it. A recommendation is not a guarantee that a product will be suitable or achieve a result. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, directions, contraindications and manufacturer guidance and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

22. WEBSITE USE AND AVAILABILITY

You may use the Website only lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation or security; introduce harmful code; attempt unauthorised access; impersonate another person; scrape or systematically extract content; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the Website for
fraud, harassment or unlawful activity. We may suspend, modify or withdraw all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for a temporary interruption outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect obligations already owed for a paid order.

23. NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING

You may voluntarily subscribe to receive Human Design, Alignment and other communications via forms at the website and/or emails.
Where legally required, promotional communications are sent on the basis of your consent or another lawful basis. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional communications necessary to fulfil an existing booking or purchase.

24. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for personal and/or business loss arising from consumer use, or for loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, your failure to follow reasonable instructions, your own acts or omissions, or an event outside our reasonable control. You remain responsible for your decisions and for deciding whether and how to act on information provided. We are not liable merely because an offering did not produce a hoped-for result. Where liability arises, our total aggregate liability in connection with the relevant product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product or service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

25. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, such as serious illness, utility or internet failure, platform outage, industrial action, transport disruption, natural disaster, epidemic, government action or other force majeure event. We
will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate material delays and resume performance where practical. If performance becomes impossible or is materially delayed, any cancellation or refund rights required by law remain available.

26. COMPLAINTS

Contact hello@agnieszkatasiulis.com with your name, order or booking details, a clear description of the problem and the remedy requested. Please report a delivery or generation problem promptly without a delay; product-specific fourteen day notification requests are
stated above. We will review the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable time.

27. PERSONAL DATA

Our collection and use of personal data are explained in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie section of that policy and any cookie notice displayed on the Website.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technology or applicable law. The latest version will be published on the Website together with its effective date. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Each purchase of goods or services is governed by the
version displayed and accepted at the time the order is placed. Updated Terms will not apply retrospectively to an existing order unless required by law or expressly agreed by both parties.

29. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If a court or authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining Terms continue in effect. If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not waive that right. A waiver is effective only for the specific matter for which it is given.

30. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. We encourage Clients to contact us first so that any concern can be addressed directly where possible. However, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary to:
● enforce these Terms;
● recover unpaid sums;
● prevent misuse of intellectual property;
● protect confidential information;
● address fraud or unlawful conduct;
● prevent harassment, threats or abuse;
● protect our business, reputation or legitimate interests; or
● seek compensation or other legal remedies available to us.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's statutory rights or access to competent courts or legally available dispute-resolution procedures.
